Kenmore ordered this kit before mid-October with no guarantee it would be available by then. Revain to the rescue and at a lower price! We received this set 2 days later, opened it up and took this picture. It was just screws in the plastic. The app lists what's included and links to YouTube for installation instructions. If you head over to YouTube, watch a few videos and keep your phone or tablet nearby so you can watch them while they install. Some of the narration is great, but the video sucks; Some have great videos with poor explanations. We watched 2-3 videos until we found a detailed up close explanation. Note that the drive is not interchangeable. We didn't realize this until our setup was complete on one side and didn't look quite right. You will need a T-15 drill bit for the screws they send. Just having Phillips head screws would be a lot easier, but that's it. After breaking just one side of the dishwasher shelf, we replaced that side and called it serviceable. The next day, a piece broke off on the other side as well. Or both sides at the same time. The replacement is more durable than the original and we are confident that our dishwasher will be ready for normal use.
