These are beautifully made and the bristles are made just right for good cleaning. I have a problem personally with them and wish I had thought of it before I ordered. I have a natural gag reflex when wood touches my tongue. I know I'm not alone. I have met many people who get this if they eat a popsicle on a wooden stick. I tried to use these and can't as there is no way to keep it from touching my tongue.That said, I am going to keep them and will give them to visitors or someone who is ecologically concerned and might appreciate them.I have an idea there are many things that could be done with the handles after the brush is worn out.
