They are so cute! My daughter loved her. You can use them via Bluetooth or wired, but they only light up in Bluetooth mode, which sucks. However, I originally bought them on August 31st and they broke at the end of September. I requested/received a replacement on October 2nd and they broke two days ago (December 10th). Both pairs broke at the hinge (which sits 1-2 inches above the earcup on each side). Upon arrival, the box will contain a card from Riwbox that says "Please contact us and register your product. If you have any problems please contact us (yada, yada)." I sent two emails to get it registered - one email failed due to a full inbox and the next one went through I think, but I don't know because I never got a response.I also signed up for an account when I originally bought them (around September 1st) and to this day my account is not verified and I can't login log in but i can change my account password. Strange but absolutely true. If I had known the joy this purchase would bring me, I would not have bought it.
