UPDATE: I am really big on writing reviews. I have given many good and no so good comments. I have never had a company reach out to me about trying to make things right on their terms (instead of me contacting them).I wasn't expecting it. I also really appreciate it. I changed my star rating because of your customer service! I have given this product a try for about a month now. It hasn't changed anything about my hair. When I use Nioxin or egg my hair, there is always some sort of change. The shampoo is very thin. Seems to be watery, when I barely put any on my hand it falls to the sides before I even get it on my hair. The conditioner is thicker and will definitely last longer. I was super pumped about this product considering I read all through the reviews. I am disappointed and will not be ordering it again.
