I am a fan of paramed’s products I purchased a stethoscope from them about 6 months ago for my EMT class and it was a great value and worked just as good as my friends expensive stethoscope. I needed a BP cuff and seen that they offered a combo BP cuff with a stethoscope. They both work well the stethoscope was a little different than the one I bought individually but it’s a great back up. I use this cuff often on my family and on myself. It is made from tuff materiel and holds pressure well. The bag is great aswell I put the cuff, stethoscope, and my pulse oximeter together so I am always ready to check someone’s vitals. Great product
