Better than described, these soft stretch socks offer athletic traction by maintaining their position on the calf and fitting comfortably around the instep/arch/ankle plus ventilation to keep your feet dry, when you are moving again. I use these socks for everyday at the table, in the field and at home, they fit great! I fully justified my money for this purchase and would buy this item again. I have shown both the inside and outside of the sock, worn like a "dress sock" but serving as a "sock sock". Impressive after four weeks of wear.
