I swim three times a week in a pool that uses chlorine and saline to clean the water. I have naturally blonde hair, which is also very thin and prone to breakage. I used to have problems with chlorine turning my hair green, but now after using this shampoo I have no problem with it. I make sure to wash my hair immediately after leaving the pool and use plenty of shampoo. so you get a good foam. Although the instructions don't say so, I usually leave it on my hair for a few minutes before rinsing it out. To keep my hair soft and undamaged, I use a concentrated conditioner. When it dries, I apply about a teaspoon of olive oil to my hair with a soft-bristled brush to distribute it. My hair is always silky soft and has no split ends or other damage. The shampoo is very good at removing chlorine and other minerals that can damage hair. i really like it
