4th update - the company finally sent a replacement case. The pockets are sewn on correctly, there are velcro straps to hold the windows. You may stop harassing me via email after I update my review. 3rd update - I'm back to a star. After all the phone harassment, the company NEVER sent a replacement even after I received an email saying it was on the way. So can I recommend this product? NO! Tears easily, poor manufacturing quality, missing tabs and turned pockets. I use it as is, thank goodness I didn't plan on using the pockets. As for the missing tabs needed to hold the cover in place, I attached clips that you can purchase to hold the sheets in place and I keep the windows on my kennel bricked up. I should have just bought the tarpaulin cheaper. My initial review was about some issues with the item I received (folded pockets, missing tabs to hold windows) but the company contacted me today and promise to do well on this item. I was told that they would send a usable product for free soon. When it arrives I will repeat the review based on a replacement product.
