package arrives in good condition. Delivery a little slower than expected but it finally arrived before Christmas. We have a high quality preamp. The body of the box is quite heavy and solidly made of aluminium. The design is simple and the function is easy to use. I connected this tiny preamp to a pair of powered bookshelf speakers via a Bluetooth connection. The sound is so rich, clear and magical. As expected, bass and treble controls can improve the sound. The QCC3003 model appears in your Bluetooth range very quickly and connects very smoothly. We are very happy with the sound quality and enjoy listening to music with this tiny tube preamp. At the beginning I found that the 6N3 lamp had no light and sound output, I suspected that it was broken and was very disappointed. I asked my husband to check whether it was defective or not. My problem is that the tubes are not firmly seated, hence no audio output and no light in the preamp. The problem got solved. We are very happy with it. It's worth what you paid for.
