The lighting in my bedroom is terrible for video calls, but I didn't want a big, clunky ring light to take up space in my apartment. I thought I'd try something small and was not disappointed with this lamp! First, it came with clear instructions (I bought another one that had no instructions at all and I had no idea what I was doing) which were very helpful at first, but I didn't need them quickly because it's easy to use. I like that it has 3 color temperature options (cold, warm, mixed) because I prefer warmer light and each color temperature has 3 brightness options so it can be adjusted to the lighting needed. The clips work well on my laptop but as I have a bulky phone case the clip pops in the frame when I try to take a selfie but this is easily fixed by removing the case or choosing a smaller case. But I bought it mainly for laptop use, so it's perfect for me. The battery lasts about 90 minutes, which isn't ideal for on the go. They don't recommend using it while plugged in and charging for long battery life, but it's an option if you need it! Overall I'm very happy with my purchase - it's made a difference for me and me. Recommend it to people who want multiple ring light color options but smaller!
