Working with this company is wonderful. I have purchased several rooms of curtains from them, always loved them. Light airy beautiful. I may have made a mistake when purchasing the last pair to add fullness to the original pair, or the company sent the wrong ones. Don't know. What I do know is that they were amazing offering to send me a new different pair and asking for a picture of what I wanted so they could get it right. All at their expense. Realizing that I had the same curtains in another room I could move them and replace that room with the just purchased curtains. It worked perfectly, no need for anyone to do anything. All through this process this company continued to ask if I was satisfied or could they send me something else. They went above and beyond for a wonderful product. Couldn't be happier.
