Black Lab Christmas Orrnanment

I bought some of these lovely doggie Christmas ornaments. They are well made and their quality is not easy to break. Arrived quickly. My only concern is the CA 65 warning that this item may cause cancer. What kind of material or color is used? I want to use them on my tree every year, they are well detailed.
