02/04/21 - Updated Review: The company saw my initial review and immediately contacted me, refunded my money and sent me new collars which they tested before shipping. Amazing customer service. The new collars work well - the horn function is loud and constant and the spray seems to repel my two dogs well. Haven't tried it with a remote (no reason) but as an automatic collar they do the job. The only thing that worries me is that even if the dogs don't bark, the charge doesn't last long - I charge every night, but for the price it's perfectly normal. Would order again just to support a company that cares so much. I just charged them up and filled them with citronella to use them for the first time and BOTH collars are not working. They are fully charged, I tried all the settings. The collar is also not sprayed with bark or remote control. They make an annoying clicking noise. I am a vet with a lot of experience with spray collars and was skeptical because of the price. I was right when I doubted - it's rubbish.
