I started using this product about a week ago. I'll be able to update more when I'm done with the bottle. I was looking for something that would give me more energy when I got back on my ketogenic diet. It definitely helps in that area. I also wanted something for the headaches you can get from the keto flu and I think it definitely works. I've lost 3 pounds so far and that's a great start. I feel better, I don't have headaches and I have more energy. Good product!
