The instructions never explain what to do with the bungee cord. We installed everything and then realized that this should be part of the first step when attaching the bodywork to the bike. The supplied Allen keys are scrap, they are made of aluminum and tear off when trying to loosen the screws on the support rods. My son hasn't used this yet so I'll update after a few days of use. Also, the tether is very thin, it broke on first use. ***Update*** When my son first used his bike, one of the support bar bolts fell off rendering the rack unusable. I contacted AdventGo who offered to completely replace the rack which is great. Unfortunately we went the other way and no longer needed the counter but the customer service is fantastic. I agree with my rating only because of this fact.
