Great Bike Rack

Installation was easy thanks to the instructions provided. Quick releases on the seat post and on the sides of the frame make installation and removal easier. Seems to be of good quality and handles my fully loaded basket with ease. I am very happy with this purchase.

Sturdy and works as promised, but screws come loose too easily

This is a solid cargo box, the screws come loose too often and too quickly making it wobbly and noisy. Sure, it's on my son's mountain bike and he's hopping on his way to school, but it still doesn't have to be pulled that often.

Couldn't stand a six day bike ride.

I bought this product to pack my gear for a 6 day bike ride. On the third day, the bolt that attached the stabilizer bar to the frame fell out. Luckily I was able to remove the screw from the adjustment rod so it works on the trip. On the last day, the screw fell out of another stabilization. Thank goodness the rod didn't hit my needles. Not impressed at all.

Easy to install: Cycling

Looks good on my mountain bike. Installed in literally 15 minutes if that without reading the instructions. It is very durable and arrived in just 2 days. He didn't squeak or move at all, even though he wasn't over 15 pounds yet. I love that it's a quick release buckle, but because it's so light and doesn't get in the way, I'll probably never take it off. For a week I didn't see a single problem with it.

Item came bent and unassembled

Lots of problems with the package I received. The first thing I noticed was that the stand itself is heavily tilted. No matter what I did, he always leaned to the right. Not perfect. This pales in comparison to the next problem I've found. The complete legs were obviously previously used and returned - the plastic wrap they came in was already torn. A leg assembly was fine. Terrible instructions - GREAT customer service

The instructions never explain what to do with the bungee cord. We installed everything and then realized that this should be part of the first step when attaching the bodywork to the bike. The supplied Allen keys are scrap, they are made of aluminum and tear off when trying to loosen the screws on the support rods. My son hasn't used this yet so I'll update after a few days of use.
