The ability to create campaigns that are as simple or complex they need be! I love how easy it is for me personally (as well our clients) when creating emails/campaigns - especially since we're able solve customer problems in real time during their purchase journey vs waiting days until after an order has been placed before sending them any information about what's next via automation etc.. It makes my life easier!! Sometimes there isn't much info out of box but if something does come up then yes very quick support from Team who will do whatever needs done quickly without question which helps us keep moving forward smoothly even at short notice timescales too :) Great product overall- however sometimes getting some elements like links working properly could take longer than expected depending upon circumstances such using multiple devices etsetc.- please bear this mind though once things get sorted everything works great again :).
