My physical therapist told me to wear a compression sleeve when flying and suggested I try to find a ready made one as flying is the only time that I really need her Truform worked well. I took careful measurements and bought the SM. It seemed very tight at first but I checked with PT who said it looks good. It was a little easier to put on next time but felt snug enough to get the job done. It was actually very convenient. I think it's important to stick to the manufacturer's measurements when choosing a size for it to serve its purpose. The wide band at the top kept it in place and the beige suited my skin well. I put it on right after security (PT said 1 hour before flight) and left it on for 2 hours after landing as instructed. Generally very satisfied with this product.
