Not a good enough product for cancer patients.

Torn while worn after less than ten days of use. My first time with this product. Not good quality. I have had cancer for a long time and have been wearing compression stockings for over 13 years and have never had a single tear. They wear, shrink and stretch but I've never had a fabric tear. Not a happy camper.

Pros
  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Outdated

It was comfortable, stayed in place and did the job

I've worn this sleeve a number of times. It was comfortable, stayed in place and served its purpose. However, the seams went all the way to the top band, so now I just tuck in the excess fabric. Otherwise there are no real problems with this product. I think the price is a bit high compared to the quality, and I've found several other items that work just as well, are cheaper, and are even more colorful.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • There are downsides

Flying again for medical supplies and gear

After my lumpectomy and nodectomy I needed a compression sleeve to fly. I had one, bulky and uncomfortable. However, this one is light, attractive and it was easy to forget I was wearing it. There was absolutely no swelling and no excessive compression causing hands to swell. Being able to choose compression level as well as color made this item great. It dries quickly and is ready for your next flight. So I'm back in the air.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • weak

Amazing quality! on Medical Supplies & Equipment

My mother lost a cuff specially fitted for his arm and didn't have enough money to buy a new one. So we bought it hoping it would fit the same as the other one her doctor gave her. It fit BETTER than her other one, which was custom made for his hand. The compression is a bit firmer and feels a lot better than their others. I am impressed by it and forever grateful that she can use it. I will continue to buy more from here. Thank you!

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

I have two of these and both shrink after washing although I follow the instructions. Now one band is stretched at the top while the rest is compressed. I have to use a glove or glove with this brand and the Truform glove is now causing my fingers to swell. I suggest getting another brand recommended by your doctor or clinician. Mine told me to change compression garments every six months, but it only lasted that long because I had to change the second. Truform sleeves fit my hand better than…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Truform worked well. I took careful measurements and bought SM

My physical therapist told me to wear a compression sleeve when flying and suggested I try to find a ready made one as flying is the only time that I really need her Truform worked well. I took careful measurements and bought the SM. It seemed very tight at first but I checked with PT who said it looks good. It was a little easier to put on next time but felt snug enough to get the job done. It was actually very convenient. I think it's important to stick to the manufacturer's measurements when

Ideal for persistent post-mastectomy lymphedema

I bought this cuff for my grandmother and this is a small review she wrote about it: Eight years ago, after medical treatment, I was informed that the insurance company (the previously paid 100% for my compression sleeves after a mastectomy which left me with permanent lymphedema) is not paying for my sleeves. Medicare has become the main payer and will not cover the sleeves, so the insurance company that previously covered the sleeves has stopped providing further coverage as it will not pay…
