They would be perfect if it weren't for the occasional rusty brown liquid dripping from under the gussets. I washed and let dry before use. This rusty liquid quickly began to flow onto a clean sheet. You can't clean the folds because they're curved, so I had no idea if there was any processing lube in there. The pans might work, but you can't stack them on top of each other because of the dripping brown liquid. I'd happily return them as I haven't used them, but that's not a claim.
