It's sweet but not warm
I bought it for my almost 2 year old. Our winters can be very cold, so hats and gloves are our best winter friends. This is a cute hat but I would have preferred something thick or similar with a clasp that can be used to secure it around my little one's chin to keep warm and cool. This hat has an open valve that allows cold air to enter and make your ears cold. Hence the 4 stars. It's still a warm hat so maybe for the transition months.
