The hair is much softer. It removed some of the yellow/copper tone in my hair, but not as much as I was hoping or expecting. I spent about 50 minutes between uses with this material on my hair. I will use it every day until it removes all yellowing or I run out of product. I will update. Update one day later: Increase rating by one star. I believe this will work until the yellowing is gone. After the third application, the hair became noticeably less yellow. After the fourth application, I increased the rating by another star. The last picture is of my hair just a few minutes after leaving the product on for 60 minutes and rinsing off with cold water. I am very glad that the yellowing is gone!
