Review on FleetBoss by Eddie Rivas

I use FBM for our rental vehicle fleets to manage vehicles with GPS trackers, insurance purposes etc. This allows me to see every detail of every asset as it's driving around central FLorida daily. It also gives my business many other features that help us organize work more effectively including mileage reporting and employee time tracking. Many times employees want their own dashcorder devices or personal phones but cannot be used by fleet/fleet account personnel due to privacy concerns. The user interface is often cumbersome, although there are better programs out there! If you need a software solution then this could probably meet your needs. We have a large fleet of over 4000 units that we lease to local clients at different locations across Central Florida and throughout the southeast US. It has been very easy to get up to speed with this program. Nothing really. I have had to call customer service for help but that is normal with any software or hardware. The customer service was great! I would recommend this to anyone looking to manage their fleet. You will be surprised at how much it will save you. Timely notifications of maintenance issues and vehicle availability.
