It's very easy to mount the iPad on a tripod, but it's only ok for videos where you're not walking around. Do you make videos where you just sit at a table? That thing suits you. Planning on walking or getting around? Don't take this as it's not 100% stable/durable so any vibration on the ground when you take a step causes a slight tremor. *** UPDATE: The seller offered me a refund based on my review. It was very nice, although I was then asked to remove my review. This worries me that other negative reviews may have been removed. Here's the truth about this product: It's very good at allowing you to securely mount your iPad to any tripod with a standard camera mount (which they all do). If you're recording a video where you're sitting, this is perfect. But if you film a video of you getting up and walking around, you might see the vibration in the finished video. For the price, this is a pretty decent gadget. For inactive videos.
