Ratchet Bought less than a year ago. Use professionally. I really liked that it had a flexible attachment head and that it was retractable. Unfortunately the pin you press to release the flex head is broken. They made him out of tempered iron/steel I believe. I contacted their customer service and sent them a photo of the broken pin. They said it was my fault I put too much force on it. It's absolutely impossible to use a push pin whose sole purpose is to push another locking pin with a spring pushing on it will have "too much force". The pin should be made of a softer metal as it doesn't use a lot of force and won't put a lot of force on it. A ratchet that both extends and has a locking gooseneck is hard to find, so instead of throwing it away I made a new pin out of brass. I'm unlikely to buy this brand again in the future.
