Review on πŸ”Œ TP-LINK 802.3af Gigabit PoE Injector - Convert Non-PoE to PoE Adapter - Auto Power Detection, up to 15.4W - Plug & Play - 100m Distance - Black (TL-PoE150S) by Lisa Holland

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great gigabit injector on a budget

I laughed when asked to rate it on thickness and thickness. Well plastic mmm. not rough so I think it's 5. And the thickness. Good. It's not the thinnest POE injector I've seen, but it's not the biggest either, and the little ones are rubbish, so. mmm 5? Now the question is - is that possible? Actually it is. Now my favorite StarTech POE adapter costs about $27. I buy them for me. But I had a boss who didn't keep anything and never ordered injectors with hotspots and cameras (or orders took weeks for some reason), so I ended up buying a lot of products out of my own pocket to keep customers happy. I bought these to keep my costs down and was very surprised to find that this TP-Link stuff works really well. I don't have years of experience or anything, but I've deployed a few (mainly for phones) and they've worked great. I always keep one in the trunk. So I still prefer StarTech as a company built on years of history, but if you're looking for a great value POE GB adapter that will get the job done, I doubt you're wrong.
