These are great, versatile weights I use to add challenge to my ab routine. Very effective and the ability to add weights is perfect for leveling up. My one frustration is that pieces of the Velcro come off every time and end up on my mat and sticking into my body. They are hard, half circles with sharp ends. I’m tempted to try another brand.
