Excellent tool to keep track and control everything related
The most useful part of this software is that it allows you monitor all your equipment in one place so there's no need for multiple applications or websites monitoring different aspects like temperature, volume etc., also I love when they send me reminders about my machine status which makes sure i'm not forgetting any important tasks! nothing really but if u have more than 1 cafe/restaurant then having separate tabs will make things easier because each tab has its own set up with specific parameters (e.g. Temperature).
Pros
- Easy to use
- Very easy integration within POS system atm
- Email alerts upon certain events such as low water level.
- Excellent customer support team who respond quickly via email / phone very friendly staff always helpful :)
