Update. Didn't impress. Easy to set up but not noisy at all. Worked flawlessly the first day after installation. The second day doesn't work, no light, no alarm, nothing. It could be a battery but it's not a common type and should definitely last more than a day. i will send it back Sent the first one back but wanted a second chance and bought another one. The second came and turned out to be slightly different in design. This second alert is V2 which I have on my V1 retina. V2 seems to work. The only thing is that V2 needs wired sensor while for V1 the alarm case could be used separately without wired sensor. The V2 also seems a bit louder than the V1.
