Review on 💆 Revitalize Your Scalp with Scalpmaster Shampoo Brush - Pack of 3 by Scott Wilson

When I got my newest Goody shampoo brush, I bought a set of OceanPure shampoo brushes (OceanPure Scalp Massage Shampoo Brushes, 3 per pack ( different Colors) ) (Normal) ) and a set of similar Scalpmaster brushes. Here's how they compare: 1) Goody and OceanPure brushes are similar, although the OceanPure handle is glued to the brush instead of being attached to it. Scalpmaster uses a loop handle (see my picture, not theirs). 2) The teeth of the Goody and OceanPure brushes are arranged in a circle, while the teeth of the Scalpmaster brush are arranged in rows. 3) Goody tines are approximately 1/16" longer than OceanPure tines and approximately 3/32" longer than Scalpmaster tines (ie Scalpmaster tines are the shortest)4. Goody and OceanPure tines have about the same flexibility. The Scalpmaster tines are the most flexible (I have the "regular" OceanPure version, not the "soft" OceanPure version). I've been using Goody shampoo brushes for over 20 years and they hold up surprisingly well. When it became difficult to find them in stores, I hid a small stash of which is now the last one left. I don't know how long the OceanPure and Scalpmaster brushes will last, but the price is low enough that I'll be happy to use both types for a year. Overall I think the OceanPure suits my needs better as it has slightly longer tines than the Scalpmaster and is closer to the goody design overall. I also prefer the Goody style finger hook over the loop used on the Scalpmaster as I think it's easier on your hands. Star based: Goody 5 stars, OceanPure 4 stars, Scalpmaster 3 stars.
