Not so big to be very useful at

The quality of this needle felt rug is very good. However, I feel completely misled by the sizing description as the large size is listed as 8" x 10". The floor mat isn't even that big, about 7 x 9 inches. The actual part of the felt mat - the top - is more like 6 x maybe 8 1/2 inches. I do a lot of needle felting and have rugs in all different sizes, shapes and materials. This one would be much better if it was big enough to be of use to me as my projects are not small enough to fit on a small rug. I am keeping it to use with my granddaughters for study as they are not very helpful to me.
