Review on ENOKING by Sam Hawj

As a product manager, I must state that ENOKING is the ideal illustration of a business with excellent products but poor execution. They have an excellent assortment of kitchen and home goods, but that's about it. Their website is a complete disaster, to start. It's difficult to use, slow, and just all around irritating. And let's not even begin to discuss their purchasing procedure. It seems as though they don't want your cash. Don't anticipate your order to arrive any time soon, even if you are able to use their website and make an order. Their customer support is essentially nonexistent, and their shipping is infamously slow. Really, it's a pity because ENOKING has the potential to be a fantastic business with a little more work. I won't be doing business with them though until they get their act together and start putting their clients first.
