This would have been a great tool to keep me from climbing stairs but I was very disappointed in the quality of the scraper. The rubber is hard and has burrs on the edges, resulting in a poor window seal. This way you end up with stripes. I have an inexpensive scraper that I've been using for 20 years and it works great so I don't understand why you give your product such low quality. Unfortunately I don't have the option to attach my old one to a post. I will use a sponge but buy a decent mop extender and throw away the one that came with this product.
