I chose size L for myself, it turned out to be comfortable, but I got used to it one night, because the old pillow had already sagged over time and became lower, and this one is quite high. It is comfortable to sleep on your back and on your side. Nothing hurts, neither the head nor the neck) I liked the material of the pillowcase, soft and pleasant to the touch, the cat left a couple of puffs on it at once)
I use a pillowcase 50 * 70, sits on the pillow well, since the pillow itself is quite plump and voluminous.
