*SECOND UPDATE* It has been 1 month since I asked the company for spares but after the first email there was no response. This is absolutely ridiculous. Today I'm filing a second complaint with the BBB. At least answer. This is honestly the worst customer service I've ever received. *UPDATE* I've been trying to get replacement parts from Roundhill for three weeks. Their first response came 10 days after I submitted the request and indicated that I needed to contact Revain and not them. Revain cannot supply replacement parts. It's been three weeks now, I've sent four emails and no reply. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Roundhill knows for a fact that the furniture they made was crap and they don't care. I am so disappointed! A little over two years ago I ordered 10 of these chairs (five sets of two) and as two of them had broken legs (which should have been a sign) I had to re-order. I ordered an extra set to replace the two that were broken and even though I ordered the exact same product, they are so different! The chair itself sits an inch and a half lower than the others, and the "skin" is different, too. The quality doesn't seem to be as good as the ones we ordered before. The velcro flap on the bottom doesn't fit, causing one of the flaps to hang oddly. One leg is too short for the others (both chairs) so they wobble. The skin doesn't stretch properly, so there are weird places where it doesn't connect smoothly. Next time my leg breaks I'll go somewhere else!
