Very thin - nothing compared to Reynolds Heavy Duty Film
As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I'm surprised it got so many positive reviews. I wouldn't use it in my Breville toaster or hearth oven as I'm afraid it might catch fire. It is very THIN and breaks easily. I usually wrap the meat in a layer of cling film and then in a layer of foil to protect it from burning in the freezer. I'll probably use this for that purpose - with a double layer, not a single layer.
