The picture shows two standing people. They appear to be wider and the same size. However, I knew they were not the same size as the description says, but they are definitely not the same width. When I put them in the kitchen for the first time, I thought about putting them away again. But I gave them a chance. I like them, I put them a little further away from the closets than I thought. BUT they are SOFT, they can block the cold of the ground in Illinois winters. I love them so much I bought another set to dress up all my closets. If the picture is true with real rugs, this man's foot length is only 8.5 inches, making his foot size a whopping women's size 5! (Men's sizing doesn't get that small. Calculate to fit both feet in width, 1/2 of 17 inches is 8.5) Point out what I think is questionable advertising. PLEASE get an accurate picture of the width and size of BOTH rugs! If so, I increase to 5.
