The product matched the description and would have been fine. But one corner broke off - and not during shipping, since there was no broken part in the bag. And the really bad thing was that Revain customer service kept me talking for almost half an hour asking me about the return. They wanted a photo showing the broken corner and gave me an email not accepting incoming mail to send it. For a $10 item!?
