Broken computers and accessories

Just delivered and already rubbish and hot, the screen keeps flashing and then half disappears, they sent a replacement and have been great with customer service but the second one is also broken because of it this time ours is our own fault because mine has become too clumsy. I think lol he dropped them face first now the front is smashed
