This is a great bang for your buck. For me it wasn't an everyday case, but more of a "Let's take this case until my other one comes along" sort of thing. Again, there is nothing particularly wrong with that. Protects the screen and secures the pencil well so mission accomplished but again not in the best possible way. The lid is a bit slippery and I had to work really hard to charge the pen in the holder. It's an odd fit, but it tends to work for the most part. For the price it couldn't be better. If you want something to cover an iPad that you put on your bedside table and leave there until next time, this should work just fine. If you want something more durable that you can carry around and are a little rough, maybe something else will work better.
