The product is well documented, easy to use and has a well organised interface.The product support can be considered as good and fast service was provided by the developers. I would like it to improve its API documentation so other external developers will find easier implementing. To have better integration with other software especially with Salesforce. To help other departments to access data. I like how easy it is to use, you can see what apps are popular with your target audience which helps when deciding if an ad campaign should be run or not! It's also great for getting insights into user behavior as well so we know exactly where our users spend their time online (which websites). There isn't much out there right now but this tool does help me get better results from my advertising campaigns - especially since most people don’t understand data targeting very good at all!!
