This product is great. Linksys took their support team overseas so it sucks now. BUT, it's really easy to set up. 1) Make sure your card is on the APPROVED list (only 3 cards will work for Verizon) 2) Make sure your card has been activated and you have USED it in the computer, you cannot take an active card and it just plug it in 3) Have another available internet source during setup so you can log into Linksys chat for technology/configuration questions. 4) Patience and a basic understanding of how these networks are configured.
