I put this on my face every night. I've had adult acne for years, but after switching from grainy scrubs and harsh drying lotions to a mild oil-based cleanser, a salicylic acid scrub, and this night cream, I almost never get acne. My skin looks well hydrated. I also apply it to my hands when they are dry and apply it to my babies/toddlers when they look dry to good effect. It heals all but the deepest cracks (like ankles or heels - I wash my hands a lot because of my healthcare work). The pump helps the cream not collect bacteria from hands. The last piece of cream is difficult to squeeze out, so I had to unscrew it.
