The best thing about RIZONE as an organisation is it’s quick turn around of events where things are running smoothly. If something does go wrong we can often identify the root cause very quickly which has saved us significant time. Sometimes our team can be quite spread out which makes communication across locations difficult so sometimes issues arise that could have been avoided if there was better collaboration between teams. A problem with the cloud implementation process; this meant several people were working at once without having clear understanding or ownership of what they were doing.
