I saw this item and it's a must have for the new RAV4 I just bought. Arrived as promised and when I watched videos from other brands to see how to install. When I opened my box I was SATISFIED. I've never seen anything in the description that says the light is a mirror that attaches to a RAV4 nameplate and lights up. Here in the US there is a problem on the driver's side. Supposedly they were made for Europe and don't have electrically adjustable mirrors or anything like that. You need to make a small change. I will detail it here: 1. Install the passenger and both rear to do the easy part first. The larger plug is for the driver's side. The white connector has a male side and a female side, then you will see a small connector with a black and red wire on it. Follow the black wire about 1 inch from the large white connector and cut it. If you then look at the same end of the large connector on the opposite side of the black wire, you will count to the 6th hole and a wire will come out. He goes to the same spot on another big white fork. I went into the middle of this wire, used my fingernails and scraped off the wire's covering just enough to expose the wire but leave it connected. Then take the end of the black wire from which you stripped about 1 inch of the sheath and wrap the wire around where you opened the wire at point 6. Put the plate back on and you're good to go.
