My heating, cooling and air quality weren't working for me

I was hoping it would cool a small room as the description says as our air conditioner broke and I wanted something for our kitchen. It barely affected the temperature and spilled water all over the counter. It was also a bit louder than expected. I have returned the item. I think it would be fine for a small office, but a fan would work too.
