Wow! It was better than the other clamp I used before. The other one I used slipped off after a few weeks because the two tubes were 1/16 or 1/8 inch diameter difference. The replacement muffler was 2" in diameter, but the original exhaust pipe was slightly smaller! This yoke is an extra 3/4" longer, so that was good. There was a 1/2 inch or so gap between the tubes (that was a poor guess on my part). But to make sure the yoke doesn't move, I put yokes between the yokes for reinforcement. This was a lot easier to install because I didn't have to manually compress the yoke. It took 3 hands to install another clamp. It cost a few bucks more anyway, but after mine Experience with the previous collar was worth it!Highly recommended.
