I like that you can add new assets in real time, without having to wait until your next billing cycle is over! That's not always what happens when adding an item via direct entry into our system; we have had instances where it was almost impossible (or nearly so) with manual data inputting from paper invoices or other sources of information.
The process has been streamlined since they added this feature/functionality back around 2014-2015 timeframe - but there are still some rough edges here & there as far as how things work sometimes compared to their competitors' products out today. It also seems difficult at times to find certain items if looking by part number alone instead through searching using search terms such as 'equipment'. We use Asset Manager primarily due its ease in viewing all inventory across multiple locations which helps us keep track of parts.
