Review on Pacifica Glow Stick Lip Oil Skin Care by Phillip Rodriguez

I wanted something more effective than regular lip balm and liked similar products from this brand but didn't like this one. I haven't used a dedicated lip oil in the past but I expected it to work very smoothly and have an instant conditioning effect on my lips. It does neither. I feel like it has some moderate benefits, but it feels fairly dry during application and needs a few coats to make a difference. At this point it will appear thick and sticky. It adds a slight sheen, but it also has a shine that I wasn't expecting. The glitter isn't good and there is very little of it so I usually have a big smudge or two that I just wipe away as they really stand out. I was planning on using this solo anyway, but for the record, this stuff doesn't work well with other lip products. Anything below that rubs off when applied roughly and is unsuitable as a primer for coloring due to its consistency.
