Review on ARTDOT by Jonathan King

Unfortunately, I had a very negative encounter with ARTDOT's online store. I discovered their goods to be of poor quality and their customer service to be lacking, in spite of their claims of excellence and devotion to customers. I placed several orders for diamond painting packages on the ARTDOT website, but when they were delivered, I was dissatisfied to see that the colors were flat and the dots were of poor quality. I tried contacting customer service for aid, but they were unreachable and unhelpful. Even worse, because of the sluggish shipping and flimsy packaging, several of my goods were damaged when they arrived. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone looking for high-quality crafting materials to shop at ARTDOT's website. The customer service is poor, the goods are of poor quality, and the shipping system is unreliable. Save yourself the trouble and search for a superior vendor of crafting supplies elsewhere.
